HOW TO SEND SAMPLES

Before sending the samples, please confirm with us the sample quantity required for the test. Please send enough samples.

To ensure customs clearance, include this pro forma invoice and write "Samples of no commercial value" and a declared value of $5 USD.

Customs Clearance

Any sample you send us must clear customs. Some items that may not pass customs include: 

all liquids

gas and oil products

batteries

flamable products

all powders

magnetic products

videos / CDs / DVDs

cosmetics

LISEN SAMPLE STORAGE POLICY

Please note that reference samples sent to LISEN are kept for a period of 3 months and then destroyed unless instructed otherwise.
